Dosa is a very popular South Indian street food and staple at many homes. It is made from grounding rice and lentil and letting it ferment overnight. The batter is then made into a crepe on a hot plate, stuffed with desired fillings (mashed poatato, onion, cheese and many other!) and can be eaten with chutney and sambar, a moderately spicy lentil soup.
