dot-art Club is an exciting block of art workshops for young artists that will help nurture & develop their creative and artistic skills!

About this event

Every child is an artist and dot-art Club is specifically designed to help children aged 10-13 years grow their artistic skills and build a lifelong love of art by exploring a range of art mediums, including pencil and paint.

Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:30, 3rd November - 8th December



dot-art Club varies by block so that your young artists can keep coming back for new and exciting creative adventures.

Young creatives will delve into the world of art exploring new topics each week learning a range of artistic skills and techniques and exploring a variety of materials through exciting art projects!

Tutor: Brigitte Watkinson

"Brigette was brilliant with ideas for my daughter and really moulded the course into what she could do, try out and learn. 10/10!"

Brigitte Watkinson is a professional artist with many years of experience teaching children and adults. She is currently developing her art practice through an MFA.

All staff are fully DBS checked and insured.


All materials will be provided. Children are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks for the session.

There is a maximum of 15 places available so early booking is essential. To avoid a booking fee and pay by card, cheque or cash, please contact dot-art Services directly on 0345 017 6660.

We have introduced a range of safety measures to keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible. We ask everyone to please respect social distancing guidelines, all staff will be keeping their distance too.

Regular cleaning and santizing measures will be in place.

Cancellations / Refunds

Once you have made your course booking you're are committed to it. This is because our courses have very small student numbers, and often sell-out and are unavailable to others. Therefore any cancellations may result in a place not being filled, or a course not being able to run.

Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days before the start of a course, and a full refund will be issued. Refunds will not be made for cancellations less than 30 days before the start of a course. If you are unable to attend due to illness, personal or professional commitments you do not have the right to a refund.

If you wish to cancel your place on a course that has not yet started and you have a friend or colleague who can take your place we can accommodate this substitution.

dot-art was founded in Liverpool in 2006 and specialises in affordable, high quality, locally sourced art. We work with over 100 artists to provide an unrivalled choice of original art and limited edition prints for home or business, as well as offering a range of complementary services including; commissions, art rental, art consultancy, exhibition planning and implementation, bespoke framing, art valuation and restoration and artist sourcing.

All our work supports our not-for profit arm, dot-art Services CIC, which exists to support North-West based visual artists, both emerging and established, through a range of services and opportunities designed to help them develop their careers and gain exposure and promotion for their work, as well as delivering a programme of art classes (see: dot-art.co.uk/art-classes) across a range of Liverpool venues; Bluecoat; Everymans Theatre, the Williamson Tunnesl, Make Liverpool and Baltic Creative; and dot-art Schools, our innovative inter school art competition, launched in 2012 (see: schools.dot-art.com).
