Our classes incorporate sensory rich activities with an aim to develop fine and gross motor skills, movement confidence, language development through songs and music, and social interaction for Mum and Baby.
Providing a safe and nurturing group for Mums to come with their little ones, as well as numerous developmental benefits for your dot and tapping into their senses.
We want our Mum's to have a supportive network and connect with others facing similar experiences, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.
'Non-Movers' : Babies who are stationary and up to rolling and sitting.

🌸 New! Monthly Mum & Baby Fitness Class 🌸
We’re excited to be adding a once-a-month fitness class just for our Non-Movers group (newborn up to pre-crawlers) 💕
👩🍼 This class is designed for mums who have been signed off by their GP following birth or a C-section.
Here’s what to expect:
✨ A gentle but effective workout focused on postnatal recovery – combining strength, core, stretching, and Pilates-inspired movements.
✨ Babies join us too – mats and toys will be provided so they’re right alongside you.
✨ We’ll finish with a well-deserved hot drink and some physical playtime for your little ones.
📅 First class: Monday 13th October
⏰ 10:45–11:45am
📍 During our usual Non-Movers session

ℹ️ Please note:
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before start time will still be charged.
– No-shows will also incur the class fee.
– Wear comfortable exercise clothes, trainers, and a supportive sports bra. Don’t forget your water!
