Visible Fictions was the first Scottish company to present work on New York’s 42nd Street, and has regularly created internationally acclaimed story-driven pieces for over thirty years. This talk dives into how experimentation and uncertainty shapes everything the company does, with examples from their recent Scottish Theatre Award nominated production of ‘Up’ and their extensive back catalogue of multi-disciplinary experiences. Come and have ideas provoked and uncover how taking risks create connections and sparks creativity in art and in life. Step in, embrace the unknown, and see how curiosity and play can turn missteps into moments that matter.
