You can expect:

Volunteers to help with apple chopping and crushing and we will also supply the apple crushers.

Apple identification by experts

Cider and Apple Juice bars plus we will have Calvados shots available as well.

Roy Porters are supplying BBQ Apple Sausages in a Bun together with a vegan alternative

There will be a ‘produce’ stand. This will include items from Harvest Festival in church ,plus jams and pickles, other produce from local gardens, and mini-pumpkins for pre-halloween.

There will be a raffle

For the children we will have apple bobbing and face painting.

Martin Charlesworth will have a couple of apple experts on hand to identify ‘your apples’. and follow up apple ‘id’ if necessary.

We also have Folk Singers lined up for some live music.

Frequently asked questions

Will the pressed juice be from my own Apples?

No. We will be doing mixed batches to ensure we fully utilise the presses.

Is there Car Parking?

There is space for a Drop Off on the Village Hall Car Park. All other parking is at the Village Car Park

Do I need to bring my own containers for the pressed juice?

Yes. Please bring pre-washed apples and your own sterilised containers (glass or plastic). We can supply at cost of £2 per litre, on top of your ticket price.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, but we recommend buying online as numbers arelimited.
