About this event

Our sessions are only available to families who live within EH6/EH7 and must have at least one child under 1 year of age.

Our buggy fit sessions are moving inside for the winter months! Join us at the centre where Roz will guide you through exercises such as pilates, stretching and yoga as well as pelvic floor work. The group will run as usual with your little ones attending with you.

Parents must be at least 2 months post-partum and have had their post natal check.

Suitable for babies under 1.

Please note that this group is free, however we do appreciate donations when possible. Donations are non-refundable.
