This 4-week antenatal course is for expectant parents (from 16 weeks +). We encourage you to bring someone with you - this can be a partner, a friend, a family member; anyone that will be supporting you.
The antenatal course with a twist. Through honest discussions and hands on learning you will gain practical skills and realistic expectations; by attending this group you will feel more informed, emotionally prepared and confident about becoming a parent. We will provide opportunities to build connections with others going through the same journey and learn about different supports available throughout your parenting journey. Let us help you feel prepared.
This course will run over a four-week period (21/10, 28/10, 04/11 & 11/11), please only sign up if you can commit to all 4 sessions! Each session will begin with information sharing, to support your knowledge and understanding.
