Dr Bike - Free Bike Safety Check - Monday 4th July 2022

Book your bike in with Dr Bike and make sure it is running smoothly and safely. Our qualified bike mechanics will safety check your bike, make small adjustments and may have time to replace some small parts of your bike if required.

Slots are at 10am, 11am and 12pm 4th July (2 bike per slot).

Each slot is for 45 minutes. You will be required to bring your bike to our drop-off point outside the Active Travel Hub (platform 1 Kilmarnock Trail Station) in time for your slot start time. Please note that due to covid-19, no members of the public are permitted inside the workshop at this time. We ask that you drop your bike off and return for it 45 minutes later.

By booking a slot you agree:

• You come along entirely at your own risk.
• To photos being taken during the activity and used in publications and on social media channels. If you do not want your photo to be taken, please let the activity organiser know when you arrive.
• That if you are under16, your guardian is either in attendance or has completed a parental consent form.
• I understand that the Active Travel Hub reserves the right to remove a participant from the activity should any aspect of the participant’s behavior be deemed inappropriate or it is believed the participant’s safety or the safety of others may be compromised.
• You are not experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19 such as high temperature, lack of smell and taste and a new persistent dry cough. If you do you should not attend the walk but stay home and keep yourself and others safe.
• In the last 14 days you have not been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid 19 or exhibited Covid 19 symptoms such as high temperature, lack of smell and taste and a new persistent dry cough. If you have been in contact with people exhibiting Covid 19 symptoms you should not attend the event, stay home and keep yourself and others safe.
• We may share your information with NHS Test and Trace to reduce the spread of Covid-19
