After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer be providing security updates, technical assistance, or bug fixes for devices running Windows 10. We know lot's of devices out there can't support Windows 11... but don't panic! We're here to support people with installing a Linux Operating System to keep their devices running for longer.

Arrive with plenty of time for your repair - we recommend you allow at least 45 minutes but some repairs can take a few hours and run over multiple sessions.
There is no charge for this service, however donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. To share our skills with as many people as possible we kindly ask that you only bring one item for repair to each session.
Please note that most Fixers are volunteers and availability varies week to week, so while we do try our hardest to accommodate everyone, we unfortunately can’t guarantee you'll be seen on the day without booking.
