4-Day Generative Trance workshop
In this workshop, you will learn how to use a special form of trance work to produce powerful transformation and change. You will experience how generative trance is different from both traditional and Ericksonian hypnosis, in that it creates an integrated connection between a person’s conscious and creative unconscious mind. Thus, rather than being controlled by an external presence, a person gains control over their own transformational capacities.
During the workshop you will learn many ways to develop the “creative flow’ of generative trance as a superior alternative to the “fight, flight, freeze or fall asleep” approach of the ordinary conscious mind. You will learn how generative trance can be effectively used to achieve success, enjoy deep intimacy, heal wounds and transform problems, and create new self-identity maps.
This is the cutting edge Dr. Gilligan’s 35 years of work, offering new pathways to creative trance and transformation.
Here are some of the things you will learn in the course:
How, when, and why to develop creative trance
How to release the “four poisons” of aggression, anxiety, disconnection, and depression; and replace them with a mindful, generative self;
How to integrate your creative unconscious mind and your conscious mind;
The steps in creating a positive future;
The steps in releasing negative past
The steps needed to make lasting, deep positive changes
How to improve confidence, creativity, and curiosity
How to apply this work with yourself and with clients.
This is the newest development in Dr. Gilligan’s work. Please come and join us!
