Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, you need to bring a notepad and pencil. Preferably a mechanical pencil. Eraser, calculator (on phone).

Will I be taught to sew?

No, this class is designed for those who can already sew but need help with fitting a pattern to their body shape.

About this event

This class is for those who know how to sew, and have used multiple commercial patterns. This takes the process of making your own clothes a step further, by allowing you to create your own patterns - to fit your own individual body shape. Nancy will be on hand to offer advice, help fit and demonstrate pattern drafting techniques.

Fair warning: this is an intensive course and it is not a quick process. Patience and diligience is required - but I promise it pays off.
