Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not! - Unlike other sports if you get tired or need to take a break, you can and you can't get left behind. We are all in the same boat. If you stop paddling we get a slightly tougher workout, so it's a win for us either way :-)

What do I need to bring to the session?

What you will need to bring to your first session: gym kit/sports kit; sports footwear (trainers you don’t mind getting a little wet); a waterproof coat or jacket and long sleeve top/hat/ warm layers for the cooler months; a towel and change of clothes; a drink/snack for afterwards.
