About me
I'm an artist and certified resilience, stress & burn-out coach with a background in artistic expression and creative coaching techniques for wellbeing. I combine drawing, painting, movement, and writing as tools for inner connection, using creativity not for perfection — but for healing, clarity, and joy.
With postgraduate training in Creative Coaching and education in Vedic Art, my work is deeply inspired by the principles of art therapy and the belief that everyone is creative — and that creativity can gently guide us back to ourselves.
Through my workshops and coaching practice, I create soft, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, let go of expectations, and explore their own flow.
