Drawing at the Hall.

Drawing and painting in a relaxed, supportive and mindful environment.

Based at Upperthong Village Hall, it is always a delight to be here, set in beautiful countryside with fine views all around. The windows are many and large, and the sunlight comes pouring in, creating an airy, happy and positive environment.

We explore many aspects of drawing and painting and we practise them by drawing and painting the world around us. We take our time to slowly and mindfully work from objects that we bring in, as well as drawing and painting the beautiful views through the windows, and we sit outside to draw and paint during the warmer months. We experiment with different drawing and painting media.

Each session, we will focus on a themed subject matter to draw or paint from.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the kitchen area. I will bring tea and coffee, and please feel free to bring any else you would like.
