Arts • Craft

Welcome & Circle (10 min)

• Quick warm-up game: each child says their name + a one-word feeling, then makes a sound or gesture for it. Group repeats.

Tool-Making (20 min)

Materials:

• Sticks, leaves, feathers, string, cloth, sponges, cardboard, bottle caps, tape, etc.

Activity:

• Kids assemble at least 2 drawing/painting tools.

• Test of each tool on scrap paper.

Emotional Colour Warm-Up (10 min)

• Introducing a simple chart of colours linked to feelings (blue → calm/sad, red → angry/energetic, yellow → happy, green → peaceful, etc.).

• Inviting children to mix paints or choose crayons that feel right for their own mood.

Main Activity: Painting Feelings (40 min)

• Large sheets of paper on the floor

• Children create one or two big pieces.

Reflection & Sharing (10 min)

• Group walk-around to see each other’s works.
