Join the Help Nature Thrive team for a unique series of nature-inspired art workshops in the heart of the Royal Parks. Across a range of dates in autumn and winter, these creative sessions invite you to slow down, observe the natural world, and connect to it through art. Each session focuses on a different theme, offering a fresh way to connect with wildlife, plants, and the changing seasons.
Whether you come to one workshop or join many, each experience offers a new way to engage with the beauty and biodiversity of the parks. Workshops will be released throughout the season, so there’s always something new to discover.
No artistic experience needed – just curiosity and a love of nature. All materials are provided. Come as you are, and let nature spark your creativity!
Sessions:
Friday 10 October: Use fallen autumnal leaves and seeds to create an ephemeral piece of artwork. Then create your own smaller A5 card to take away.
Friday 17 October: Come and explore an early photography method, using sunlight, called Cyanotype. Create your own plant and flower print to take away.
Friday 24 October: Learn about leaves, why do they change colour, why are they important? Create your own piece of artwork using autumnal leaves.
All sessions run 12:30-3:30pm.
