Dream Lab – an introduction to process oriented dream interpretation, theory & practice.
Have you ever had a dream so powerful that it stayed with you for hours or even days, its emotions lingering, but leaving you without any understanding of that experience?
Have you ever woken up still half in the dream-world thinking: what did *that* mean?
Or maybe you are having a recurring dream or a dream-theme that keeps coming back and nagging you to… yes, exactly, to do what?
Most people will just say “Oh, come on, it was just a dream”. Or, worse, they will feed you with some dream-book “wisdom” such as teeth means money or death means you’re going to travel.
But I assure you that there are practical ways that help to understand why you had that dream. Process oriented psychology sees dreams as important messages about our personal development and it provides tools to find dreams’ meaning.
Join me to discover this approach and learn techniques that will change the way you approach your dreams. It will be fun, I promise. Dreams are fun! Not to mention, that they are a unique, never-ending, mind-blowing source of our inner wisdom. You don’t want to miss out on that, do you?
Our 3 hours together will be split into three sections:
1. Theoretical introduction – I’ll tell you a couple of things about why do we dream, how dreams mirror what’s going on in our hearts and souls, and how does that translate into practice.
2. Application I: We’ll work live with one of the volunteers and their dream.
3. Application II: You’ll receive instructions to work on your dreams in pairs. I’ll tell you a secret. You will experience it first hand that dreams are usually not what they seem to be. They are so much more!
The workshop is open to anyone interested in dreams, you don’t have to know anything about psychology or dreams. You only need to be curious (you’re reading this, so you probably already are) and bring with you one or two dreams you’d like to work with.
If you would like to ask me some questions about the workshop email me firstname.lastname@example.org or text me 07513243137 (I’ll call you back).
Maybe you’d like to read something more in-depth about the way I work with people and their dreams? Here’s my article that illustrates exactly that: How to unlock the power of your dreams.
See you soon!
