Facilitator

Cristina Preda is a UKCP-accredited integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, supervisor, and experienced group facilitator. Her work is grounded in a holistic approach that honours the psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of healing.

Cristina has a particular passion for working with dreams as a gateway to the soul—believing that our dreams hold the potential to reconnect us with lost, hidden, or forgotten parts of ourselves. Through both individual and group work, she creates a compassionate and reflective space where insight, transformation, and inner wholeness can emerge.

Cristina is deeply committed to supporting fellow therapists in their own growth and development, offering supervision and training that weave together clinical skill, creative imagination, and soulful inquiry.

Work confidently with your client's dreams

Working with dreams can feel intimidating, especially since few therapists receive formal training in dreamwork. As a result, when a client shares a dream, it's not uncommon for therapists to feel unsure about where—or how—to begin.

Dreamwork is often linked to the intricate theories of Freud and Jung. While their contributions to the field are undeniably foundational, modern approaches to dreamwork are more accessible, grounded, and collaborative. The good news is that effective dreamwork is well within reach for every therapist, using the skills you already possess.

This weekend is designed for counsellors and psychotherapists of all orientations who are curious to explore their own dreams and learn to work with their client’s dreams.

The two days will provide a mix of exploration and experiential work that are intended to provide a holistic experience of working with dreams. We will use various methods of working with dreams, with a special emphasis on the Waking Dream Process created by Dr. Nigel Hamilton.

Join a group of 10 therapists to explore dreams for a transpersonal integrative perspective.

Outcome:

❖ Foster self-reflection, insight, and connection to your own intuitive wisdom.

❖ Increase confidence in approaching dreams.

❖ New way to explore unconscious material and emotional insight with clients.

❖ Deepen the therapeutic relationship and foster a sense of curiosity, creativity, and emotional connection.

❖ Integrate dreamwork into various modalities: psychodynamic, humanistic, somatic, or integrative.

Schedule

The workshop runs from 10am to 5pm each day, with breaks.

Please arrive on time each day to settle in.
