Event description

Description

Drink and Draw will have you up from your seats in this knowledge filled fun night built around mindfulness and relaxation. Since November 2018 our drink and draw goers have described it as “laugh out loud funny” “a great way to meet new people”.

They said:

“I signed up for Drink and Draw because I thought it would be a fun night out with friends, but it was so much more... I feel like my creative spirit was awakened through laughter and camaraderie and I LOVE the art I created!”

“You definitely don’t need to be an experienced artist to take part - I have never laughed as much!”

“Hilarious hosts and I learned loads!”

You will practice: drawing mindfully, essential drawing techniques and methods to use in daily art practices and complete your very own still life (inanimate objects) masterpiece. Last time we tackled colour... this time it’s all about the pattern

You will learn:

Composition exploration

Explore collage and colour

Line practice

Mindfulness techniques

All guests will receive their very own Drink and Draw notebook and pencil and take home all their masterpieces.
