Did you know that art can help against depression and a range of other health mental issues? In this challenging period, many can feel lonely and with the sense of having lost their purpose. The Drink&Draw event aims at helping everybody to find mindfulness through creativity!
This is a fun creative class and is welcome to all levels, including beginners!
During the hour and a half of the class you will have the opportunity to make your own drawings and sketches through looking at and being guided through a series of life model poses. These images have been selected from a range of high grade life model portfolios. The particular poses have been carefully chosen for each class and will enable you to develop your skills at looking and drawing techniques.
You will be led and advised throughout the class and have an opportunity to show your drawings for quick feedback from the tutor.
Once you have attended you can join Layden Gallery's Drink&Draw facebook group and upload your drawings, which will get feedback and support from Leyden Gallery and the other group members. There you will also find lots of information and offers.
