Are you curious about what life could look like with less alcohol?
This 6-week course is for women who feel that drinking is no longer bringing joy or adding anything positive but are not sure what the next step looks like.
Together, in a small and supportive group of just 6 women, we will explore how to drink less, create healthier coping tools, and reconnect with what truly makes you feel alive. This is not about labels or strict rules. It is about curiosity, connection, and growth.
Each week we will meet for 90 minutes in a safe, confidential space filled with honesty, laughter, and encouragement. You will leave with new insights, practical tools, and friendships with like-minded women who understand.
If you are ready to feel more empowered, confident, and future-focused, this course is your invitation to flourish.
NB - This program is structured as a complete journey, with each week adding essential tools, strategies, and reflection. Skipping or stopping early means important steps are left unfinished, which limits progress and results. By completing all six weeks, clients experience the full benefit of the process, ensuring that new habits are embedded and sustainable long after coaching ends.
