Start your year with a bang at DrivenWoman Vision Board Workshop!

Do you have big plans for the new year or simply want to live life with less stress? You have had a successful career but somehow what you want has shifted and it’s time to define what brings you fulfillment on a new level.

Whether you are planning a career change, are thinking of going back to work after spending time with the family or considering if you should start your own business big life decisions can sometimes feel too much to handle. You may feel there’s no point in thinking about your ‘bigger life’ when the next step and getting it right takes up all your energy.

At DrivenWoman we believe everyone can clarify their vision for the year even if you don’t know exactly what you want on the outset. And it’s so important! We want to avoid wasting time on procrastinating yet empty new year’s resolutions have never gotten us anywhere.

Join an evening with like-minded women and let your intuition guide you. Together we will put together a Vision Board that will act as a guiding light for the year to come inspiring you every day to take those all important small steps towards a life that is truly yours.

It’s a great opportunity to get real with your goals and spend a fun evening connecting with women who are on a similar journey.

Every January, we work on our vision for the year and beyond. We let our rational mind and subconscious work together to choose pictures that inspire us, that we “feel” mean something to us, or that we already consciously know represent the dreams we want to achieve. The result is always a great artwork!

How will this exercise be useful to you? First, it may show you something you don’t rationally “know” yet. For example, you may choose a picture of a butterfly, without knowing why, just because it inspires you. Later, during the year, you will look at that image over and over again. That butterfly may influence your dreams, your goals or even your actions. At some point, you may rationally understand why that image has inspired you and you will learn something important about yourself. Second, it will visualize a dream or a goal that you have already rationalized. In this way, your dream or goal (for example, the image of a book you have always wanted to write) will look at you every single day and you won’t be allowed to close it in a drawer and forget about it
(because the vision board is too big to be closed in a drawer ;-) Hopefully, this will help you take action to make that dream come true.

I promise: it will be a lot of fun, but I need your collaboration. Please start collecting glossy magazines of any kind. The more varied magazines the better – fashion, home, business, boating, gardening, food, travel – anything! All magazines will be placed on a pile and used to create the vision boards, so don’t bring something you want to keep as these magazines will get destroyed.

During the last half hour, I will briefly walk you through DrivenWoman: what it is, how it helps women like you, how it works in detail. If you have already attended an introduction meeting before, you can, of course, decide to skip this part :-).

DrivenWoman Switzerland

DrivenWoman Switzerland is part of the dynamic group of women who meet regularly around the world (in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Helsinki, Munich, Paris, Zurich and Bern to name but a few). Attendance at an introduction workshop is mandatory for membership. Introductions are organised every month in many cities in Switzerland.

We offer 6 or 12-month paid memberships and you can join in any month suitable for you for 69 Euros per month (minimum 6-month commitment). The fee covers the attendance to the Monthly Members’ Meetings and 25% discount on other DrivenWoman events, such as workshops, socials and the Festival of Doers.
