Are you wanting to feel more energetic?

For all driven women who want to achieve more, you won't be able to be the best version of yourself if your body doesn't follow! This workshop is about aligning your mind, body and spirit at their highest selves to be able to achieve your dreams.. This may seems like a massive programme but Geeta will show you during this wokshop how little changes in your routine might get your there sooner than what you first expected.

If you want the energy, excitement and enthusiasm that come when you feel good physically as you face the day’s challenges, this workshop is for you.

Geeta created “The Nosh Way”, a lifestyle choice for healthy living that recognizes the demands you face and that incorporates a new perspective on what it means to live a healthy, energetic and productive life.

Geeta is a Certified Health Coach, she is also a Raw Chef, and the CEO and founder of Nosh Detox

After her son fell ill in 1997 Geeta looked for ways to make him healthy and fit. Eventually she gave up her job as a corporate lawyer in order to focus on offering her knowledge of natural solutions for health to a wider audience - and so set up Nosh Detox Delivery in 2008. The Nosh Raw range for shops was born in 2012 and the Nosh Infusion Clinic was launched in 2013.

Today she has grown the business into a multi-million dollar enterprise having won awards across the Health and Wellbeing Industry for herself and for the business in every year since its inception. She is a member of the Olympic Advisory Committee, an author of 2 cookbooks and over 5 health guides, appointed author of the Montessori Children's Health Guide, a contributor to AOL's health guide, a Speaker, appears regularly on TV and BBC radio. Her vision is to empower women to be totally in control of their own health and wellbeing.

Raphaelle for DrivenWoman

DrivenWoman is a network for women with ideas and ambition who want to achieve their goals.

DrivenWoman is a members’ network that helps women define their own success, become accountable to their goals and make dreams happen. We get together once a month to create positive habits and put plans into action, one small step at a time.

After only a couple of months members notice a tangible change in their lives!

"Since joining DrivenWoman in May, I have got more done in three months than what I got done in the previous year. It has been an eye opening experience, super inspirational and most imporantly it has got me focused on what I really need to do." Jane De Croos, founder of Chilli Drops

"DrivenWoman has not only inspired me and given me courage to go ahead with my business, but they have also made me understand some of the fundamentals of business and what will make my company successful. It has been an eye opener and something that will change my life." Vuyisa Akuchie, founder of Sweet Couture Surprices
