Public sector organisations are undoubtedly on different points in their transformational journies, but what are the key milestones along the way?

Meanwhile, with the challenge of ever decreasing budgets, higher demand from the public and technology changing at pace, the need to show a return on the investment from the public purse is crucial.

The panel will examine this, as well as discuss their own transformation journeys and experiences in successfully driving digital change and take-up. The session will touch on how enabling technology including artificial intelligence, automation, digital self-service and chat bots are supporting digital take-up.
