In this month’s Drop-In Clinic, we'll be taking a look at how moving our body can assist in helping us deal with anxiety, stress and ailments. There are gems of understanding that people who work in body movement hold, as they can see certain movements that may create profound changes in our state of being, for instance certain dance or yoga moves may initiate change. For us in lockdown how can we apply and use these techniques to assist us in creating robust health?
Join Rumana Zahn and her guest Duncan O'Brien as they discuss (and maybe show) the importance of movement and engaging the mind to create motivation and dynamic changes in health. Duncan a former scientist now helps people create changes in health through movement and discusses the importance of engaging the mind in this.
