Join us at a drop-in session to discuss the consultation on proposed updates to our guidelines for interpreting Article 36 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999.

The changes aim to strengthen clarity, promote consistent interpretation across the industry, and ensure Jersey remains aligned with international standards while keeping the guidelines practical and proportionate.
