Drop in sessions - Health

The drop in sessions are for all undergraduate students from the following Schools: Healthcare sciences, Medicine, Dentistry, Bioscience, Pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences, Optometry and vision sciences and Psychology.

The coverage of the session is dictated by your questions: bring along your queries or a search you’ve been working on and a member of library staff will be there to assist and help to answer your questions. We can assist with searching for literature for assignments, for example providing help with using databases (CINAHL or Medline) to find literature for a literature review. We can also help with queries about searching for books, using the Health Library or referencing.

The drop in sessions are scheduled for one hour, but you don’t need to stay for the full hour – stay for as long as you need to get your question answered.
