About the Event:

We the organisers for the Baby and toddler event ` Drop it Swap it' are in partnership with The Sherriff Centre. To give the opportunity to host an event for parents who have Babies and Toddlers who wish to refresh, update and find something NEW- TO -YOU.

As parents we tend to be inundated with children's clothing as they seem to outgrow them very quickly or perhaps you may have brought or been gifted clothing and haven't had the chance to wear. This event is to find items of clothing for your little one's, whilst re-homing your items of clothing to another parent. It is also a way to socialise and a great way to recycle.

How it works:

Bring along up to 10 items of pre-loved clothing aged 0-7 (Please ensure all items are in clean and good condition) and trade your pieces for 10 tokens which will be an exchange for your clothing. For example 5 items of clothing you will receive 5 tokens. Just to make it fair for ALL swappers and to ensure we don't have an influx of clothes! Once you have found your items in exchange for your tokens your swap has finished.

(Couple of pointers)

No underwear, No pyjamas, Accessories, No Stained or tears in clothing and No Toys

* Drop off time is between 2:30pm- 3pm (Time for us to sort and arrange clothes for the swap)

SWAP EVENT WILL START AT 3:30PM- 5PM

There will be a onsite Café for you to grab a Tea or Coffee- Snacks for you or your little one! Or perhaps try one of their tasty cakes! in the mean time.

TIP: Organise your items into sizes or Boy/Girls before you arrive for a quicker check in experience

Please note: We will be photographing and documenting the event for use on our social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed please let a team member know upon arrival.

Please note: Please only bring items you are happy to swap. Once you have donated an item to the swap you will not be able to change your mind. All garments remaining after the event can be purchased for a £1 and will be donated to The Sherriff Centre.

• Children are welcome and do not need their own ticket, but must be supervised by their carer at all times.

Location: St James Church is on the corner of Sherriff Road and West End Lane, our main entrance is on Sherriff Road.

Parking: Parking restrictions are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm. Pay and display bays are located directly outside the church on Sherriff Road.
