What if I am running late?

Please ring 0800 066 5362 to inform staff if you are running late. There is a 20 minute arrival window. If you arrive after this, you may not be able to proceed with the training and will need to rebook.

Question 2

What if I am unable to stay for the duration of the training?

Please ensure when booking onto the training that you have the availability to stay for the full duration. Training certificates may not be issued to those who have not stayed for the full duration of the training.

Question 3

Should I arrive early for the training?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to the training session as we will start promptly at 09:30am.

What if I can no longer attend?

There are limited tickets for each event. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking through Eventbrite so someone else can book on. Alternatively, you can call 0800 066 5362 or email info@nottinghamrecoverynetwork.com to cancel.

Where should I go when I arrive at The Wellbeing Hub?

A member of staff will come and get you from the building entrance, as the main doors do not open until 09:30.

Are refreshments/food options provided?

Tea/coffee/water and biscuits are provided throughout the day. Lunch is not provided, but you are welcome to use the fridges and microwaves in the staff room to store or reheat any food you bring with you. Alternative, lunch can be brought from near-by shops.

Is there parking?

There is no parking at the Wellbeing Hub. The closest car parks are St. James Street (<1mi), Maid Marian Way (<1mi), Mount Street (<1mi) and Hounds Gate (<1mi). The hub is a 5 minute walk from the Old Market Square Tram Stop and a 5-10 minute walk from Nottingham City Centre bus stops.

Is there accessible access?

Yes, the main entrance is accessible. There is also an elevator that can be used to go between floors if needed. There are 4 floors in total. Please email info@nottinghamrecoverynetwork.com prior to the training if you require any assistance.
