Drum Circle & Guided Meditation in Callum's Kabin @ The Dynamo Project

Join us for an evening of drumming, connection and guided meditation in 'Callum's Kabin' which is located in a tranquil garden behind The Dynamo Project.

Arrive at 6:15pm, leave your worries at the door and let the rythmic beats of the handheld frame drums guide you into a state of relaxation and inner peace. My sessions are for anyone wanting to release tension and I can guarantee you will definately feel lighter afterwards. It will be a great start to the week!

After the drum circle, you will get to lie down, get cosy and sink into stillness as I take you on a guided meditation where I will use a variety of soundhealing intruments such as, Tibetan bowl, Remo drum and ocean drum.

Please wear warm comfortable clothes, warm socks, yoga mats are provided, but please bring along a cosy blanket, pillow ( eye mask/hot water bottle if you want to be extra cosy during the guided meditation). A bottled drink of water is also advisable.

I will provide the handheld framedrum but if you have your own your are more than welcome to bring it along.

Hot drinks & snacks will be provided afterwards.

There is plenty of free parking outside.

Everyone welcome, 14 years and over.

No experience needed, just a willingness to take part in the session, lose yourself and laugh lots.
