Drumming has been practiced for many thousands of years as a way to communicate, share experience, and build community. Drumming as part of a group in a Drum Circle has ben shown to have many benefits to our wellbeing.
There is no requirement to have had any previous experiences of drumming or music, or indeed to own a drum, but, if you have one, please bring it along. Come alone, or bring a friend or family member with you.
All ages are welcome. children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
The circle runs for an hour and a half, with a short refreshment break half way through.Hot drinks are available, included in the price. Tea, coffee, and herbal teas.
