Catena is delighted to be again able to host it’s annual Dry January event, a tasting of dry red wine, dry white wine, dry champagne etc.

This year, the event will take place at The Malt Cross, the newly opened and refurbished establishment, owned by Nottinghamshire YMCA, for a fabulous collaboration with Jane Taylor from Dronfield Wine who will lead a tasting of 6 wines which will be accompanied by a selection of British artisan cheeses and freshly baked breads, with Nottinghamshire YMCA’s Executive Director for Hospitality providing an overview of each cheese and how it is made, along with key tasting notes for each cheese.

A cash bar will be available for attendees to purchase any additional drinks.

A selection of nibbles will be available on arrival and a palate cleansing sorbet served prior to the tasting session.

Attendees will be advised to advise of any gluten free requirements on receipt of registration.
