Participants will explore core safeguarding competencies, develop strategies for handling complex decisions, and engage in reflective, professional practice.

Key areas will include courageous conversations in relation to safeguarding, unconscious bias, and decision-making grounded in balance of probabilities.

Each session emphasises practical skills, emotional support, and psychological safety to create a resilient safeguarding culture within Early Years Organisations.

Each session can be attended as a one off, but the network is designed for designated safeguarding leads to attend each session.
