Frequently asked questions

What is the address of the evening venue?

Trades Hall, 85 Glassford Street, Glasgow, G1 1UH. If you have booked a dinner ticket, please make your way to the front entrance for our drinks reception from 6:30pm. A member of the DTAS team will meet you at the entrance. Details of parking can be found on Trades Hall’s website.

I’m travelling by car to the conference. Where can I park?

We encourage car sharing where possible. Closer to the event we will share a car pooling platform with delegates so that lifts can be shared. Although no parking is available on campus, there is ample space available at the nearby Cambridge Street and Dundasvale car parks.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the conference is casual. The dress code for the evening event is smart casual.

Where can I store my luggage at the conference?

We will have a space at the university where delegates can store their luggage on both days. Please ask one of the DTAS staff on registration for more information.

How do I book accommodation?

DTAS is not managing accommodation this year. You can find a link to an accommodation brochure with discounted rates in the overview of this page.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received up to and including fourteen days prior to the event will be refunded in full. A refund will not be possible thirteen or less days prior to the event.

Established in 2003, DTA Scotland now has over 350 development trust members – community-led organisations using a combination of enterprise and creativity to improve the quality of life for local people in urban, rural and island communities across Scotland.
