Participants should make their own arrangements for travel to and from Dublin. Those coming from Belfast and planning to use the Enterprise should note that the 9.00 am train is the latest which will enable them to reach Trinity by 11.30 am.

The main events of the day, the visit to the Trinity archives and the United Irish tour are free though donations are welcome. Booking separately for each aspect via Eventbrite is essential. Note that numbers for the visit to the Trinity archives are very limited.

3pm: Assemble at Chancery Park, Chancery Lane, formerly Pill Lane.

Pill Lane was a hotbed of United Irish activity led by Oliver Bond and Henry Jackson.

We follow the fates of the leaders as they were betrayed by key informers such as Francis Higgins and Leonard McNally.

We proceed to the Green Street Court House, scene of key trials including those of the Sheares brothers and Lord Edward Fitzgerald, and hear of the public executions that took place here.
