Dino experts Dr. Steve & Anne Brusatte will be presenting their new book for kids - Dugie the Dinosaur!
After the reading, Dr. Steve will host an interactive session about fossils... many of which were found here in Scotland!
Anne Brusatte is a Primary Teacher and artist; her husband and co-author Steve is the paleontologist who is responsible for many of the amazing fossil finds on the Isle of Skye. He is a professor at the University of Edinburgh, advisor on the Jurassic World film series, and the resident paleontologist for the BBC show, Walking with Dinosaurs. He has written the Sunday Times bestseller The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs. This is their first book together.
We are thrilled that this dino-dynamic couple have agreed to come to Ardrossan, and we will be taking reservations for this and asking £3 per child to cover costs - watch this space!
