Dukh Bhanjan - A Special Night of Meditation to End Suffering

Dukh Bhanjan is a night of peaceful reflection and a celebration of life in the company of kindred spirits.
Each year we come together to sing, meditate and share so that we can return to our daily life and duties with clarity, confidence and joy.
During a series of guided meditations centered on a mantra sung in Raags, we will turn our focus inward and shift our mindset towards positivity, compassion and love. The sound vibrations will create and open, safe space for you to contemplate, let go of past hurts and reconnect to your true self.
Join us for a special night of meditation and experience the healing power of sound.
The meditation is free and open to all. There will be breaks and refreshments between meditations. During the meditations, instructions will be given in English, German, French, Spanish and Panjabi.
Please wear light coloured, comfortable clothing and a head cover, bring a shawl and eat a light evening meal. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs as admission will not be permitted. The event is a Tree Event - we ask each participant to make the commitment of planting a tree within one year of this event!
