Scottish Pastry chef, Helen Vass, presents her popular pop up dessert restaurant, Dulce, at Studio 93 in Glasgow’s west end. Olive Magazine have cited Helen as a rising pastry star and this dessert afternoon will showcase the desserts that she has to offer. The desserts are inspired by her time working as a pastry chef out in Barcelona and will come with Spanish wines to accompany which have been specially imported from Spain for the event. This is an informal afternoon where Helen will serve the desserts and talk about them.
What is included:
Mango, passion fruit and lime entremet.
Coffee with macarons.
Mini box of chocolates with three hand made chocolates.
Three glasses (175ml) of wine: Perelada Brut Cava D.O Cava, Glorioso Crianza 2013 D.O Rioja, Spanish White Guerrilla Gewürztraminer 2014 D.O Valles de Sadacia
As this is a set menu, this will not be suitable for those who have and food intolerances/allergies, as lactose, gluten, nuts and gelatine will be present in some of the desserts. No other dessert alternatives will be offered.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no age limits but alcohol will only be served to over 18's.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is parking on the street outside the studio, however it is not far from Kelvinbridge subway and Great Western Road where there are many bus links.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
In the event that you are unable to make the event, your ticket price is non-refundable, however if you want to pass your ticket on to a friend, they can use your ticket. In the very unlikely event that there is cancellation from the organiser, the ticket will be transferred to another date. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred such as travel, accomodation in the event of cancellation.
