Come along and listen to Duncan Aspin, Head of HSEQ for VolkerStevin who will discuss how active participation is key to successful behaviour change, create a positive, inclusive, future focused and sustainable culture within organisations.

Duncan has developed a number of successful behaviour change programmes, and in 2018 he was recognised for his efforts by being awarded the status of Behaviour Change Champion by the University of Derby, where he is also a guest lecturer on the subject. Using examples from Duncan’s experience, he will introduce the key concepts of an effective behaviour change approach.

This event will be of interest to Health & Safety Professionals, Managers and Directors. Non IOSH members are welcome so please extend this invite to your colleagues.

The event will start at 17:30 for soup, sandwiches, light refreshments and some social networking, with the main event starting from 18:00. The evening will commence with a short introduction and update from our Branch Chair before handing over to our guest speaker for the evening. This event will last approximately 1-hour followed by a short Q&A session, finishing at approximately 19:30.
