Mindfulness meditation is about bringing your attention fully into the present moment and observing whatever arises in awareness with interest, and friendly curiosity. Kindfulness extends this process to bring kindness and compassion also into each moment to be accepting and compassionate to whatever arises be that pleasant or unpleasant. This class is suitable for adults of all ages, backgrounds, cultures etc.

This five week course begins Wednesday Sept 21 6.30pm, and continues for five further Wednesdays at this same time. People may try the first week as a one-off, no-obligation option (20 euro) and then pay the remaining fee the following week to continue the course.
