• Ask anyone who is symptomatic not to attend unless they have had a negative PCR reported since symptoms started (some symptoms are common to other viral infections)
• Asking all guests upon arrival to provide contact details for the purposes of track and trace
• Hand sanitisers and antibacterial wipes available at registration and at various points throughout the event space
• Encouraging guests to limit physical contact (such as hand-shakes and hugs)
• For your comfort and safety we request you wear masks (as per Scottish Gov regulations) when moving around the venue .
• Badges will be available for guests who wish to indicate they have particular concerns with regards to social distancing. Social distancing will not be enforced but we ask all guests to respect the actions of others, especially where comfort levels are clearly indicated.
