Duplicate Certificate - CPD

If you have previously attended a CPD seminar and require a copy of your certificate that you would have received on the day please purchase 1 ticket at £25. Please note that we can only provide duplicate certificates for seminars attended in the last 5 years. Any data previous to this is no longer held.

Please enter your address for where you would like the certificate sent to and be sure to let us know what seminar this was for please include the seminar title and date attended.
