CQI NE Region | Anti-Fragility, more than Robustness
Join us and our speaker for the evening, Professor Tony Bendell, where we'll examine and question some of the factors which are involved in the reputational furore of high profile organisations of recent years:
- Why are System and Organisation failures higher than ever?
- Do you think your system are robust? But are they anti-fragile?
- What insight can we get into the problem and it's potential solutions?
- What part does the Quality Professional have to play in all of this?
