Dursley Walking Festival Event 3 - Cam & The Winterbothams
Come join us for a walk at Froffy Coffee GL11 5PS on October 1, 2025 at 14:30 (Europe/London).
We will explore Cam with a focus on the buildings associated with the Winterbotham family. There will be some standing whilst explanations are given.
We will examine the influence of the Winterbotham family on the built environment and the social and economic history of Cam c1860 - 1940

Start Time - 14:30 (As with all events this is our departure time so please arrive 10-15 minutes before so your walk leader can check you in)

Free parking is available in Cam for up to 23 hours at the Council run Chapel Street Car Park in front of Froffy Coffee. . However, this car park is often full. There is parking at Tesco, in Noel Lee Way, for a maximum of 2 hours, enforced with ANPR cameras. If you wish to stay for longer please go into Tesco and let them know you are participating in the Walking Festival and they will inform Parking Company. Parking may also be possible on side streets close to the town centre but you will need to allow plenty of time to search for these spaces.
