What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable however we do allow tickets to be transferrable to either (i) another person or (ii) another event. For example, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place or if you prefer, you may attend a later event utilising your existing ticket.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Although this is helpful for the organiser it is not obligatory.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update your registration information at any time before the event.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to either another person or a later event, however you must first contact the organiser so that they are aware of this.
Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Only if you have notified the organiser prior to attending the event, otherwise this will create complications at the point of registration on the opening day.
