We know that there have been times, when Employers have been less than satisfied with their local Job Centre support. Hans and Tom offer a professional, dedicated service to ensure that Employers are extremely happy with their work, often going above and beyond to ensure great outcomes for Employers

We receive lots of applications from people who ghost us

We hear this a lot, and whilst some of those people may be UC claimants, by collaborating - and maintaining two way communication - we can manage this going forward to lower these instances.

How effective is your recruitment?

Our latest mass recruitment for an Employer saw c.60 interviews booked across 4 sessions. Of those, there was almost a 100% attendance rate, with job offers going to over 50% of candidates!

Do you guarantee you'll find us an employee?

Accepted Answer

No! Recruitment can sometimes surprise us - jobs we think may be a tough gig sometimes fly off the shelves, and conversely, great looking jobs can struggle to attract applicants. What we assure you is that we use several tools and do our utmost to ensure that we do find you 'The One'...or more!

Do you only do recruitment?

No. This forms a large part of what we do, but we can also support with employee retention, redundancy situations, mediation between employer and employee (terms apply). We can also be flexible, so pitch to us, and if we can, we will endeavour to help!

I'm outside your 'Area' - should I still come?

Absolutely. The offer is the same across Job Centres, and we'll happily provide you with the information, and then link you up with the Recruitment Specialist in your area.
