Come join us at The Humble Heart for a rejuvenating session of breathwork, open to all whether you're a beginner or seasoned pro.
This powerful, yet simple to learn program employs 3 very different breath techniques, all done to very specific rhythms and counts which are woven together seamlessly into one flow.
Studies indicate that if you regularly practice this program, it can lead to fundamental changes within the biochemistry, improving antioxidant status at the enzyme and gene level whilst also increasing prolactin, vasopressin, and oxytocin via vagal afferents to the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
