The way that the London Borough of Hillingdon purchases residential and nursing care beds is changing. As a key provider in the borough we want to update you on the new ways of working and explain what you will be required to do to continue receiving business from the council. As part of the West London Alliance, we are introducing a new e-brokerage system which will be used to purchase care home placements from 1st November 2016.
There are two changes to the way we will be working - from 1st November 2016 in order to contract with the council you will need to sign up to the new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The second change is that this framework will be administered through a new e-brokerage tool Connect to Support, which will be used by Hillingdon to source care home placements, manage your details and respond to tenders.
You are invited to an event on Thursday 6th October 2016 where we will explain all of these changes to you and give you all the information you will need to be prepared to work in the new way.
Further workshops will be organised to enable you to sign up to Connect to Support and set up your services.
Book your place now to find out more and be ready for this exciting change.
Tea, coffee and registration at 10.00am and event will start at 10.30am.
