Ticket sales for Dynamites 2025 are temporarily closed. We are holding back an allocation of tickets for shortlisted organisations, who will be announced in October.

If you would like to attend and haven’t yet secured your place, you can join our waiting list. Should additional tickets become available, we will contact those on the waiting list in order of registration.

Now in its TWELFTH year, the Dynamites Awards are the North East’s most highly anticipated IT and Tech awards. The awards allow us to showcase the region’s hotbed of talent and shine a spotlight on North East organisations.

We are delighted to confirm that this year's ceremony will take place at Newcastle Civic Centre once again. We are looking forward to welcoming you all back to celebrate our region's tech stars.

SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT

We are committed to minimising the impact of our events on the environment. We work closely with our clients, venues, suppliers and delegates to reduce the impact of our activity wherever possible. This year, we have selected to choose a vegetarian menu by default. You and your guests will be served vegetarian unless you opt for a meat main course on your booking/guest information form.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

FOOD - Delegates can choose either a meat or vegetarian option for dinner.

Vegetarian - Mushroom, brie, rocket & redcurrant puff pastry casket with a thyme cream sauce

Meat Option - Poached chicken fillet with a sauce of roasted peppers, basil pesto & mozzarella

Gluten free, vegan and other dietary requirements will be catered for on request.

DRINKS - Each ticket includes:

• Welcome drink on arrival during the networking reception.
• Half a bottle of wine per person (with the meal).

If you'd like to swap your wine for another option, alternatives such as beer or soft drinks are available - please state on your booking form whether you would like to arrange some soft/non-alcoholic drinks for your table.

TICKET PURCHASING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that a ticket purchase is only confirmed upon the receipt of the payment in full.

Once your booking has been made, for cancellations made in writing by email to info@dynamonortheast.co.uk, the terms are as follows:

25% admin charge if cancelled by 2nd October 2025

50% admin charge if cancelled by 30th October 2025

100% admin charge if cancelled on or after 31st October 2025.
