About this event

The E-commerce Journey 2020-21

Creating an E-commerce angle to a business merely involves setting up a digital online store. But to have a successful, thriving E-commerce channel involves much more. To manage a successful digital store is to embrace several aspects of business, many of which are not digital at all.

This support package is for businesses and entrepreneurs from the creative industries based in the Ards and North Down Borough Council area. This series of 10 webinars is designed to look at different crucial steps for the Borough’s creative industries during, or in a post lockdown world.

Be it researching who your market is, or deciding which online platform is best for you, there are many important steps that need to be thought out. Maybe it’s thinking about what your packaging choices will say about your brand; how the resultant costs sit alongside those of your shipping and affect your final price point; defining your client profile; or researching which digital options are best for your business. These are all important steps on making a successful E-commerce journey.

Please note: This series of events is specifically tailored to businesses in the creative sector, if you are not within this sector you can register your interest for a similar series of events tailored for all sectors by emailing signaladmin@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk
